PERSONAL TRAINING
It is the responsibility of a Personal Trainer to ensure that an exercise is appropriate for you. They must also motivate you to achieve his/her health, fitness, and weight-loss goals. If necessary, a Personal Trainer can also advise on nutrition and home exercise. Clients of a Personal Trainer will form long-term relationships with them, whereas gym members will only use the skills of a Gym Instructor on an as-needed basis.
REGULAR TRAINING
Regular fitness training focuses on broad goals such as overall health and well-being rather than narrow goals such as sports competition, larger muscles, or appearance concerns. Regular moderate exercise and a healthy diet can improve general appearance markers of good health while preventing age- or lifestyle-related health declines and the series of heart and organ failures that accompany inactivity and poor diet.
